How to meditate

  1. Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed
  2. Be comfortable but don’t lean
  3. Sit upright with your head right over your spine
  4. Breath in and out through the nose
  5. Let go of any tension on the breath out
  6. No matter how often your mind wanders, come back to breathe
  7. Be loving, slow and gentle with yourself both during and after the session
  8. The more you practice the better that you will become
