How to meditate
- Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed
- Be comfortable but don’t lean
- Sit upright with your head right over your spine
- Breath in and out through the nose
- Let go of any tension on the breath out
- No matter how often your mind wanders, come back to breathe
- Be loving, slow and gentle with yourself both during and after the session
- The more you practice the better that you will become
